Becci Roach
Director
Becci has led teams at Account Director level at a number of marketing and design agencies. She has worked for a broad range of high profile brands including Christian Dior, Sony, Lloyd’s insurance and Playtex.
Becci decided to offer her professional experience to help set up a local all-through free school, Gildredge House in Eastbourne, of which she is a co-founder. The school opened in September 2013 and was rated ‘Outstanding’ in its first Ofsted inspection. This process inspired her to establish Kinetic Marketing as she felt there was a gap in the market for a completely tailored marketing service for free schools.
Emma Morley
Account Manager
Emma has a BComm in Business Commerce and a CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) Diploma. Her previous roles include International Marketing and Communications Manager at law firms Freshfields and TLT and Senior Marketing Executive at financial services firm Clerical Medical.
